About Us

Every purchase order gets typed twice. Once is enough.

We're a small company building the tools we needed ourselves — a place where a business and the partners it trades with can work from the same records instead of re-entering each other's paperwork. This page is about who we are and where we're going.

Mission and vision

Two sentences. Every roadmap decision gets checked against them.

Our mission

Cut the manual work out of every transaction — the retyping, the price lookups, the follow-ups — so a business handles more volume without adding people.

Our vision

A connected business community where suppliers and customers work from shared records, and everything a growing business needs sits in one place.

What we make

Pomanager is a cloud-based platform for purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and inventory, built for small and medium-sized businesses worldwide. Alongside the usual modules, it does two things most business software doesn't: it lets two connected companies share the same transaction record, and it uses AI to turn incoming documents and messages into drafted orders instead of blank forms to fill in.

The full feature list lives on the product pages. What follows here is the thinking behind it.

What we believe

Four positions that decide what gets built and what gets rejected.

1

Work removed beats work stored

Most business software is a filing cabinet with a nicer interface — it holds your records, but a person still does all the entering. A feature only earns its place here if it deletes a task somebody was doing by hand. If it just relocates the typing, it isn't finished.

2

Growth shouldn't require headcount

If a company doubles its order volume and has to double its admin staff to keep up, the software failed. The measure we care about isn't features shipped — it's whether the same team can handle more, and whether the owner gets their evenings back.

3

A network is worthless if your partners can't join

Shared records only work when both sides are inside the system, and your supplier won't pay for software to accommodate your workflow. So purchase orders and quotations are free, permanently, for you and for everyone you trade with. We'd rather charge for depth than charge at the door.

4

The answer belongs where the question is

Half the time on an invoice isn't typing — it's checking. What did we charge this customer last time? What did we pay for this? That answer should sit on the line you're filling in, not three reports away. Software that makes you leave the screen to find something it already knows is making you do its job.

Who we build for

Businesses where the same items move between the same partners, over and over: wholesalers, distributors, traders, importers, resellers, manufacturers, and growing SMEs. That repetition is what makes the savings compound — and it's why we optimise for the hundredth purchase order, not the first.

We're not building an accounting package, and we're not trying to become an enterprise ERP. No implementation project, no consultant, no sales call. You sign up, add a supplier, and send a purchase order the same afternoon.

The company

Pomanager was founded in 2024 and is engineered in the Philippines, serving businesses in multiple markets with multi-currency support and payroll modules configurable per country. We're small, self-directed, and we build in the open — the roadmap above is the real one, not a sales version of it.

There's no sales team to get past. Create an account and try the whole thing without talking to anyone.
